Terms of Trade

Aesdan Pty Ltd complies with Consumer Guarantees as required by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC). 

Customer Purchases

All purchases to be made online via the MediDrink website.


At Aesdan Pty Ltd, we understand the importance of timely delivery and utilise our nationwide network to ensure swift delivery of your order to your doorstep.

Delivery Service: We offer nationwide delivery across Australia. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, if the product is in stock.

Delivery Timeframe: Please allow approximately 10 working days from the date of your order for the shipment to reach your doorstep.

Third-party Delivery Partners: We work with trusted third-party delivery companies, and while we strive for efficiency, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Special Delivery Instructions: To accommodate your schedule, please provide any special delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. For instance, if you anticipate being unavailable, kindly inform us how you would like the goods to be delivered (e.g., "Please leave at the door if no one is home").

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated at the time of order placement.


At Aesdan Pty Ltd, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our returns policy is designed to provide you with options for refunds or exchanges within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must remain in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product must not have expired.
  • Refunds or exchanges are also provided if entitled under applicable legislation.

Please note that delivery fees paid for orders are non-refundable.

Faulty Products

If the product is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under consumer guarantees. A product is considered faulty if it:

  • Poses a safety risk.
  • Differs significantly from the description provided.
  • Is received damaged, excluding damage caused by misuse.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required when providing a remedy under consumer law. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or other itemized, verifiable proof of purchase. we retain the right to refuse a refund for unverified purchases.

Change-of-mind policy

If you change your mind about the product you purchased, and you would like to return the product, we will only accept returns if:

  • The product is a standard stock item and has not been specially ordered by us at your request.
  • The product has more than 30 days of shelf life prior to the expiry date.
  • You have contacted our Customer Service team within seven (7) days of the date the product was delivered to you.
  • The product is in its original condition. Packaged goods must be unopened, unmarked and in a re-sellable condition.
  • You provide us with a copy of the delivery docket, invoice, or documentation showing proof of purchase.
  • You pay the restocking fee which covers the cost of us arranging for the goods to be picked up from you (unless you return the goods to one of our warehouses).

If these conditions are met, you will have the choice of a refund of the purchase price or a credit on your customer account for future use.

The rights and remedies given to you under this Return Policy are in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts, or limits those rights.

Storage & Temperature

Once opened, refrigerated items must be consumed within 24 hours. Please discard any unused product after this period.

Products must be stored within the temperature range of 2-28 degrees Celsius.
